Residence Permit for Investment in Brazilian Real Estate
ADVANCE PAYMENT TO IB MOVEIS LTDA: $1000 (R$5000 REALS)
INCLUDES:
- Consultation on the process and stages provided by IB MOVEIS LTDA
- Acquisition of SRE (Tax Identification Number) for the client
- Selection and procurement of an investment property meeting specific requirements for obtaining a residence permit and aligning with the client’s preferences
- Establishment of a WhatsApp working group (client, Invest to Brazil representatives, legal transfer company for cryptocurrency (if necessary), project manager)
- Initial meeting and consultation with the project manager
TO BE PAID SEPARATELY BY THE CLIENT:
- Project manager services (cost depends on process complexity; separate service agreement signed prior to initiation)
- Swift transfer commission and government duties
- Certified translator services (translation of foreign documents into Portuguese)
- Commission for cryptocurrency exchange into Brazilian reals and transfer to the developer’s account (if cryptocurrency is required); separate agreement signed between client and cryptocurrency exchange company before transfer.
